Going down the river...


Just a couple more shots from the weekend. Thought it would be nice to show the nature that surrounds Stockholm. This is from a stretch we paddled through during our first day. With narrow parts, some much more narrow than this one, we were always close to nature.

And even if me and my girlfriend had fierce arguments about who paddled to much and who paddled to little we enjoyed the views =)

that is a great photo - this is the type of canoeing I did in alberta last summer with friends - it was a 100km rek - three day camp/paddle down a rapids through the great wilderness

Your second photo on the river reminds me of many happy times on the St. Croix in MN.that I too described with nostalgia. See my post today for another canoe. Nice coincidence!
