Autumn

September has been unusually hot in Stockholm. But you can´t stop autumns face from showing itself. This photo was taken from a alley close to Mariatorget (The Maria square) which is filled with trees.
This time of the year, when leaves are falling and so many colors appear, is one of my favourites, but at the same time it´s kind of depressing. In a few weeks this tree will be naked and cold, and it will be another half year or so before it flourishes again.

Great perspective, on the shot with the leaves. Many of the others are also quite good. You have good insight into things that are"sweden",...yet you are not swedish?? What drives your choices for shots, or do they find you? What brought you to Sweden?

Beautiful! I love fall colors. In south Texas, our leaves won't turn until December! It is too hot any earlier than that. :(

That's a delightful photo of colorful leaves.

I've always thought that Mother Nature gives us the glory of color before she turns everything gray and white. It's our consolation prize.
